Job description

A Silicon Valley-based company leveraging the power of AI and deep learning to solve difficult visual inspection problems for manufacturers and boost overall business value is looking for a Data Engineer. The selected candidate will communicate efficiently with stakeholders about relevant updates regarding deliverables/timelines. The company is helping businesses with limited data sets to realize the business and operational value of AI and push AI projects to full-scale production. The company has managed to successfully raise $55 mn+ during their Series A round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code 
  • Conduct unit tests and code reviews regularly 
  • Monitor and handle data requirements of relevant stakeholders
  • Work with the engineering and product to figure out what data is needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer
  • Extensive experience in Python 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
