Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is revolutionizing the digital mortgage experience by offering customers fast, simple, and unbiased loan processes, is looking for a Data Engineer. The selected candidate must keep themselves available for on-call support as needed and will be working with a diverse team of professionals. The US-based leading digital mortgage company is building a unique platform to help borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents to communicate with each other. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy working in a dynamic environment. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set and maintain database standards
  • Take ownership and lead the performance tuning of database systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors
  • Create and manage database reports
  • Create automation for repeating database tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer
  • Prolific experience working with MySQL and AWS RDS
  • Familiarity with Database Administration is nice to have
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
