Data Engineer

Job Description :

A NASDAQ-listed company, known for its innovative drive and relentless commitment to technological progress is currently looking for a Data Engineer to be a key player in their mission to continually push the boundaries and set new industry benchmarks. As a Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the data architecture, working with state-of-the-art technologies such as Apache Kafka, Java, and React.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems with high scalability.
• Establish and enforce data standards to ensure data quality and accessibility for future use.
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects on various projects.
• Develop standardized processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
• Ensure that systems meet business requirements and adhere to industry practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Data Engineering role.
• At least 1+ years of experience with Apache Kafka, 1+ years of experience with Java, and 1+ years of experience with React.
• Proven ability to design, build, and manage data pipelines for data structures, including data transformation, data models, schemas, metadata, and workload management.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
