Computer Vision Engineer

A fast-growing robotics company building intelligent, highly personalized wellness experiences is looking for a Computer Vision Engineer. The engineer will join the team to help define the fundamentals of software at the heart of the product. The company is founded by serial entrepreneurs and supported by a stellar team of investors from a range of backgrounds in robotics, AI, SaaS, sports, hospitality, and beyond. This will be a full-time, long-term opportunity requiring an overlap with the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a top-notch team and be responsible for developing the perception pipelines needed to power the autonomous product
• Help improve the perception capabilities, from the tuning of the 3D perception sensors and the implementation of scene segmentation 
• Understand algorithms, design and implement methods required to interpret the body state of users based on the combination of remote sensing and palpation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a computer vision engineer
• Must be experienced in C++, OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Knowledge of Statistical Body models
• Sound understanding of ROS, 3D computer graphics, CUDA
• Hands-on experience in generating high-quality data for training deep learning-based algorithms
