Blockchain Engineer

The engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing technical problems while showcasing their capacity to provide useful and efficient suggestions. Job Responsibilities:

• Identify blockchain potential by working with product managers, designers, and engineers to comprehend company demands
• Implement decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts utilizing blockchain frameworks (such as Ethereum, Solidity)
• Design, create, and roll out blockchain-based solutions for the platform
• Make that blockchain systems are performant, scalable, and safe
• Lead code reviews and offer constructive criticism to improve software quality and team output
• Keep abreast of blockchain and Web3 technology trends and developments, and adopt creative solutions where appropriate
• Organize, design, and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge blockchain-based solutions for our cutting-edge ticketing platform
• Develop and improve development methods and tools continuously
• Implement safe and scalable solutions by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams that include product managers, designers, and engineers to explore blockchain opportunities
• In order to build decentralized applications that improve user experiences, it is essential to have extensive experience with and a thorough understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and Web3 protocols

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Blockchain Engineer or Web3 Developer
• Strong familiarity with the concepts, rules, and structures of the blockchain, especially Ethereum and Solidity
• Prior knowledge of creating smart contracts
• Extensive knowledge of decentralized application (DApp) development 
• Proven expertise integrating Web3 protocols and libraries, including IPFS and MetaMask 
• Prior contributions to open-source blockchain/Web3 projects or relevant research is nice to have
• Some expertise leading project teams and mentoring young engineers is desirable
• Firm grasp of cryptography and security concepts is preferred
• Nice to have a lot of expertise developing for the web and/or mobile platform
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
