Job description

A fast-growing company building an innovative platform that enables users to rent outdoor gear from friends and locals around is looking for an Azure Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying problems and designing robust solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies. The company is promoting the use of sustainable outdoor gear and seeks to build an environmentally conscious local network that helps outdoor enthusiasts find and rent gear. This is a great opportunity for developers who are eager to tackle challenging problems and build efficient solutions. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the development and implementation of standard software practices
  • Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues
  • Mentor and guide the team through technical challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 5+ years of experience working with Azure, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and C++
  • Nice to have at least 3+ years of Stripe experience
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
