Job description

A rapidly-growing flexible and interactive software enabling users to conduct video streaming and video conferencing efficiently is looking for an Android Mobile Developer. The developer will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining software features for the mobile application. The company is offering a next-gen platform to deliver reliable, low latency, and easy-to-use video communication to users. This job presents a full-time opportunity with the possibility of a long-term engagement. It requires a minimum of 4+ hours overlap with the PST time zone

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements
Assess and prioritize client feature requests
Script clean, reliable, scalable, testable, and clean codes for developing Android applications
Develop complex features and assist in API and database related tasks
Run diagnostics, debug, and update applications while monitoring performance
Collaborate with back-end experts and QA to ensure enhanced scalability and efficiency of applications
Actively contribute in developing of workflows and project schedules
Stay updated with the latest developments in the tech industry and suggest improvements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an Android developer
Professional experience in Android development and related technologies
Ability to write efficient codes on Kotlin is required
A deep understanding of WebRTC will be helpful
Ability to work closely with various cross-functional teams is a must
