Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is building an online platform that enables users to submit links, create content, and have discussions about common topics of interest, is looking for an Android Engineer. The selected candidate will be contributing efficiently to execute high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. The U.S.-based company is on a mission to help user bond through online communities and shared experiences. During their Series F round, the company managed to secure $1.2bn+ in funding. This position requires an overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the analytics and tools frameworks for feature teams 
  • Refactor company’s global Android telemetry and define critical metrics
  • Improve coverage of Android analytics through unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests
  • Participate in the full development cycle, including technical design, development, test, analysis, and launch

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2-6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Extensive experience in Android and Kotlin
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
