Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing a leading-edge metaverse platform is looking for a Solidity Developer. The selected candidate will be joining the web3 protocol development team and will be in charge of developing and implementing smart contracts for clients and internal use cases. The US-based company is providing web3 development services to metaverse businesses and legacy institutions. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy working on challenging and innovative projects.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to discuss smart contract ideas and applications
  • Regularly review contract requirements and code designs
  • Work closely with front-end developers to create functionality for development apps and services
  • Work with other developers to audit and improve the codebase
  • Troubleshoot contracts on testnets
  • Deploy applications using the company’s automation scripting workflow
  • Stay up-to-date with protocol changes and new feature sets 
  • Document application changes and perform updates

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer 
  • Passion for blockchain and desire to stay abreast with blockchain (web3) concepts
  • Demonstrable experience working with Solidity
  • Prior experience with Truffle, Hard-Hat, Ganache, and Remix is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Haskell (Cardano) or Rust (Solana) based smart contracts 
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and project management skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
