Job description

A rapidly-growing startup that has assembled a world-class team of AI and ML experts, go-to-market leaders, and top-tier investors and advisors is looking to hire a Software Engineer. The engineer will join the infrastructure team to design, build, and advance the core infrastructure, allowing engineering teams to execute quickly, productively, and securely. The company channels its efforts to improve call center operations using its patented real-time coaching platform and has established a valued portfolio of customers like Porsche, Adobe, Dropbox, etc. Candidates interested in defining how AI shapes the future of work are suitable for this role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in a collaborative but highly autonomous working environment with a defined role, clear expectations, and the freedom to pursue interesting projects
  • Work closely with teams to build dev tools that empower developer's workflow and deployment infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain the reliability of multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters and pipelines
  • Manage metrics, logging, analytics, and alerting for performance and security across all endpoints and applications
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling, support services on multiple cloud providers, and on-premise virtualization
  • Automate operations and engineering and create ML infrastructure that enables AI teams to train, test, and deploy on large-scale datasets

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer 
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with coding languages (e.g., Python)
  • Familiarity with container-related security best practices
  • Prior experience working with Kubernetes clusterings
  • Extensive experience with Terraform or CloudFormation (cloud orchestration)
  • Demonstrable experience working with AWS 
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code frameworks
  • Prolific experience in CI/CD and feature gating systems
  • Fluency in Linux operations and configurations
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
