Job description

An emerging technology platform helping businesses resolve contractual disputes fast and effectively is looking to hire a Software Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of key features within the platform. The company offers a self-enclosed platform for businesses and individuals to litigate their claims and legal disputes without requiring lawyers or in-person hearings. Candidates who are motivated to deliver work that instills pride and fulfillment are suitable for this role. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a diverse set of features designed in collaboration with product managers, UX, and other teammates
  • Work with the team to refine the product direction, solve user problems, and exchange code reviews
  • Contribute to delivering highly scalable services and world-class product experiences
  • Work on multiple layers of the technology stack, ranging from customer-focused user experience work to building scalable distributed services

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Experience in Node.js and Nest.js 
  • Expertise in React, Typescript, and GraphQL
  • Experience in building and supporting software with a diverse and engaged user base
  • Ability to work comfortably in an agile environment with collaborators who are distributed globally
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
  • Fluency in English
