Job description

A US-based company that is manufacturing innovative and trendy cabinets for kitchen, bath, and other rooms, is looking for a Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be collaborating with existing developers to improve the quality of the platform’s products and features. The company provides high-quality, adaptable, and affordable products reinforced by a large network of cabinet dealers and manufacturers. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert product requirements into functionality
  • Build scalable, clean, responsive, and well-documented stacks
  • Work closely with different teams to understand and execute software development requirements
  • Research, design, and build highly reliable, and scalable platforms
  • Create consumer-facing products and features

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer
  • 5+ years of experience working on Dell Boomi IPaaS solution
  • Understanding of API based integrations and Knowledge of Rest, SOAP, JSON, XML, ODATA, Web Services Interoperability
  • Experience in Real-time, Batch, and EDI integrations
  • Working knowledge of API design and development on the Cloud as well as On-Premise environments
  • Should be proficient in Boomi technology Connector Web Service, SFTP, database, HTTP, FTP, Mail, etc.
  • Integration experiences with various database technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, etc.
  • Experience mapping, creating, transforming XML, CSV, flat file, data schemas, X12 schemas for different systems
  • Understanding of EDI Documents and X12 EDI Standards
  • Detailed understanding of standard EDI message types from X12
  • Nice to have some knowledge of application connectors such as Salesforce, Shopify, etc.
  • Experience working with an EDI VAN and scripting languages like JavaScript and Groovy is desirable
