Job description

A rapidly growing company building software and services that convert data into meaningful information to help businesses improve profitability is looking for a Software Engineer. The engineer will be dealing with multiple APIs and must be able to work with ambiguous requirements. The company provides advanced analytics for process manufacturing data businesses. During their Series C round, the company raised more than $110mn in funding. This role requires 2+ hours overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with different teams on a regular basis
  • Build scalable, low latency, and highly performant services
  • Execute APIs and troubleshoot problems
  • Propose new ideas and implement improvements to the existing stack

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Java/Kotlin and .NET
  • Prior working experience with Python and related technologies is nice to have
  • Solid debugging skills
  • Extensive DevOps skills is nice to have since they need to understand if the issue is Linux or Windows
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
