Job description

A leading banking platform that aids in developing and deploying financial products is looking for a Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be joining the existing team to potentially work on multiple systems within the domain. The financial software enables users to build and launch banking products at half the cost of traditional banking products. The company has managed to secure $50 mn+ worth of funding so far. This will be a long-term, full-time position that requires some overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on the account aggregation stack, card processor integrations, and credit reporting integrations
  • Help scale the existing systems as the team prepares for an increasing volume of additional enterprise customers
  • Dive deep into the domain of the problems the teams are solving
  • Guide the work of other less experienced developers 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Prolific knowledge and expertise with Python and related frameworks
  • Nice to have some knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
