Job description

A U.S.-based company that is providing businesses with leading customer engagement technology to help boost their sales, is looking for a Software Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards by conducting code reviews and offering helpful suggestions. The company is giving businesses the tools they need to take advantage of the potential of evolving digital and social media environments and gain online sustainability. The company has managed to secure $13.2mn+ in funding so far.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, modular, and maintainable code by adhering to best practices and coding standards
  • To continuously enhance the development process, keep abreast of the most recent trends, technologies, and best practices in software engineering
  • Recognize the needs of the customer and the product owner, then translate those needs into a backlog of work that will be carried out during an Agile development
  • Showcase the technical and operational expertise necessary to spur innovation and use cutting-edge technologies to address real-world problems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Prolific experience working with React, Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with HIPPA Compliant Chat System
  • Some understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS is nice to have
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
