Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing an innovative employee-centric relocation management solution and services, is looking for a Software Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring a uniform experience is offered across all platforms while expanding the design system. The company is determined to provide businesses with elite digital relocation solutions to manage the transfer and accommodation of a multinational workforce. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and update applications that are regularly utilized by team members and clients
  • Create new features and systems for our technical environment, including functionality additions for our mobile app, as well as maintaining and extending our internally produced and client-facing portals
  • In pair programming or mob programming sessions, collaborate closely with other engineers to solve issues and implement features
  • Work together with the design and product team to make sure the applications satisfy all user needs
  • Make sure all of our codebases are thoroughly tested and documented by using a test-driven methodology
  • Improve the CI/CD pipelines, tools, and other areas of the developer experience to ensure that the team can operate easily and deploy frequently each day
  • Actively make contributions to the RFC library, where the team keeps track of major modifications or technical choices to ensure they are well-documented and thoroughly discussed with the entire team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Prolific experience working with React, React Native, Expo, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
  • Extensive experience with GraphQL (Apollo), Node.JS (Express), TypeScript, Docker, Storybook, and Jest
  • Great collaboration and leadership skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
