Job description

A U.S.-based company that is utilizing the power of technology to provide efficient lifting solutions that transform the crane industry, is looking for a Software Engineer. The engineer will be working closely with the organization’s Notes/.NET developer to review the Notes DB and design/code the .NET app. The company is manufacturing heavy equipment that provides structural repairs, remanufacturing, fleet management, training, and lift solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for developers to work for a rapidly growing company and quickly climb up the ranks.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of technical projects and processes
  • Help the team to meet product requirements and build innovative solutions
  • Ideate new framework features that determine feasibility and drive meaningful innovations
  • Write automation tests, understand requirements, build solutions, deliver functionality, and build continuous delivery pipelines

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Prolific experience working with .NET, .NET frameworks, and .NET Core (v4.7)
  • Ability to do workflows and reader and authors fields in .NET
  • Prior experience working with Lotus script and formula language
  • Familiarity with Notes designer and how to look at forms, views, agents, and other notes design elements
  • Demonstrable experience with MS SQL Server for stored procedures, tables, and indexes
  • Extensive experience developing .Net Web sites and .Net scheduled tasks including windows services
  • Solid understanding of notes workflow concepts
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
