Job description

A fast-growing tech company backed by the crypto hedge fund is looking for a Software Developer. The selected candidate will be working with an early-stage project, participating in agile processes, and contributing to the roadmap. The company is working on a lending platform on the blockchain at a high level. This will be a full-time role requiring some overlap with the EST/PST time zones. It is an exciting opportunity for developers to work alongside industry veterans who have previously worked with top companies like Tesla, MakerDAO, etc.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve the physical structure of existing systems to optimize performance 
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members
  • Design and maintain complex, scalable enterprise-level applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Provide robust automated unit tests

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Must have extensive experience with either Rust or Blockchain technologies
  • Ability to pick up new technologies with ease
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Solana and React
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
