Job description

A well-established NYSE-listed company offering cutting-edge technical solutions to consumers all across the world is looking for a Software Developer (SDET). The selected candidate will be responsible for mentoring and advising other developers on the best engineering methods to use. The company is dedicated to offering customers flexible and scalable IT solutions with the ability to transform the world. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires some overlap with the CST and IST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the future architecture of the platform while providing technical and product expertise
  • Mentor and guide fellow developers on the best engineering practices to be followed
  • Take charge of the end-to-end product quality, from developing to maintaining core app frameworks for a better and smooth experience
  • Develop scalable components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and web browsers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Experience in Frontend UI testing  
  • Knowledge of tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Protractor
  • Familiarity with C# or Java development 
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or Typescript
  • Proficiency in English
