Job description

A U.S.-based company that is determined to make it possible for users to have human interactions in a remote work setting is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of scaling the mobile app development process across engineering. The startup aims to make people happier at work with their unique solutions. The company has managed to raise $38 mn+ during their Series A round of funding. This will be a long-term position requiring 4+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the company’s iOS infrastructure and application
  • Work in close collaboration with other engineers, product managers, and UX designers
  • Develop a top-notch mobile application that is vibrant, appealing, and simple to use
  • Be involved in making important engineering decisions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as an iOS Engineer
  • Prolific experience working with Swift, SwiftUI, and iOS
  • Nice to have some experience with RTC and automated testing
  • Attention to detail and a love for usability principles is preferred 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
