Job description

A stealth-mode startup on a mission to help people flourish at work through the power of human connection and belonging is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for analyzing, building, and enhancing the application performance. The company is building beautiful products that incorporate the best of social psychology, AI, and design thinking to create a better working environment. This is a great opportunity for developers to build the core product of a fast-growing company. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the iOS infrastructure and applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to produce modern mobile apps that are dynamic, beautiful, and easy to use
  • Assist in taking critical engineering decisions like the choice of technologies to engineering processes
  • Troubleshoot and debug bottlenecks to improve performance
  • Build and implement application updates

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience working as an iOS engineer
  • Must possess expertise working with Swift programming language
  • Must have an urge to develop beautiful, fluid, and intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment will be helpful
  • Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must work with a positive attitude and an open mind
