Job description

An NYSE-listed company that provides businesses with an enterprise data cloud for any data ranging from AI to Edge, is looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for examining other engineers' code and making improvements wherever needed. The company provides a combination data platform with secure data management and cloud-native data analytics on the go. The company has managed to successfully raise $1 bn in funding. This role requires a significant overlap with the PT time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Learn everything you can about the customer's workflow
Determine the significance of the features and information that customers will see on the products
Write React-Redux code and help with the release of new versions of the web app
Analyze the code of other engineers and make changes as needed
Work with users to know their requirements and to improve the platform to meet those requirements
Collaborate with backend engineers to understand the information architecture and help define APIs for responsive UIs

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Knowledge of REST APIs/React Redux
Prior experience working with customers and developing models to get feedback from customers
Strong knowledge of written unit tests and testable code
Familiarity with AWS, Google Compute Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Kubernetes
Proficiency in English
