Senior Front-End Engineer

A fast-growing company offering contactless digital services and sales through its dealer management system is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be involved in developing any enterprise systems like e-commerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc. The fast-paced startup's advanced technology connects businesses through seamless integrations to provide dealers an edge to sell more. They have managed to raise $400mn+ during their Series D round of funding. This will be a long-term, full-time role requiring 8+ hours overlap with the IST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complicated Workflows while delivering a slick experience
• Provide technical expertise during every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support
• Collaborate with architects and project stakeholders to create technology specifications from business requirements
• Prepare the technical design of the components within the module
• Drive selection of the tech stack to ensure building an optimal architecture
• Take charge of performance tuning, re-designing, and re-factoring of modules
• Contribute to designing and implementing the build and release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application
• Follow the best practices to implement module components based on existing frameworks and open-source standards 
• Guide the team members on technology concepts and best practices for design, implementation, and other processes

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3-5+ years of experience as a front-end engineer
• Proficient with modern JavaScript and ReactJS technologies
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and web frameworks
• Experience working with Redux, React Native, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and HTTP
• Strong understating of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards
• Good understanding of basic Rest Principles
• Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
• Experience in developing enterprise systems such as eCommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
