Job description

An emerging entertainment company active in the NFT gaming industry is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer. As a member of the team, you will be primarily responsible for implementing best practices in responsive web design and helping to bring the website to the next level. The company consists of a small team serving a passionate community and delivering new features weekly. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong sense of what works best without relying on the support of a UX designer. This will be a great chance to work in a digitally distributed team and rise quickly through the ranks.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the rest of the product team (PM, artist, and back-end engineer).
  • Ensure the website is accessible and responsive across all browsers
  • Improve on the existing code that was built rapidly 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience with React.js
  • 1+ year experience with Typescript and GraphQL
  • Proficient with written communication in order to participate in ideation
  • Experience building one or more websites and solving responsive UX problems
  • A passion for video games
  • Nice to have familiarity with crypto/NFTs
