Job description

A U.S.-based company developing next-gen renewables and environment solutions that has the potential to change the world is looking for a Senior Data Engineer. The engineer will be working iteratively with a cross-functional team to solve problems from end to end. The company is on a mission to develop large-scale environmental products through market-based solutions. This will be a long-term position requiring some overlap with the PST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Iterate existing business processes and essential datasets to increase efficiency
Analyze and improve the scalability and efficiency of the system's data collection procedures
Gauge the existing code and create services that improve the state of pipeline operations
Improve observability and methodology of production processes

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 6-8+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer
Extensive experience in Python and AWS
Fluent in verbal and written English
