Senior Data Engineer

A fast-growing US-based company that is active in the advertising space is looking for a Senior Data Engineer. The developer will be tasked with developing scalable, robust code and enhancing the platform to elevate the user experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire datasets that align with business needs
• Develop algorithms to transform data into useful, actionable information
• Build, test, and maintain database pipeline architectures
• Collaborate with management to understand company objectives
• Create new data validation methods and data analysis tools
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer
• Extensive knowledge of Big data, Python, AWS, and Google Cloud Big data tools
• Profound experience working with ETL and ELT
• Nice to have some experience in HIVE, Hadoop, and Spark
• Experience building data lakes and data warehouses
• Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal
