Job description

The developer will be working closely with the product, design, and various stakeholder teams to help make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of all the customers. The company has revolutionized the healthtech industry by developing a patent-pending device which works with inputs from top orthodontists and makes it easy to scan customers' teeth and track their progress from home. The company has managed to raise $86.4mn and provides an excellent opportunity for those who would like to join a fast-scaling organization. This role requires 8 hours of overlap with EST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build innovative web apps for both internal and external-facing tasks
  • Develop back-end services from scratch and also contribute to the entire software development lifecycle
  • Implement new features in the end-user portals
  • Identify scopes that improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience of the systems
  • Contribute with innovative solutions anticipating future requirements to meet or exceed expectations
  • Keep developing technical skills and mentoring junior team members from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-6+ years of relevant full-stack development experience
  • Must have previous experience in developing large-scale web applications and back-end systems/integrations
  • Proficient in technologies like Python, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
  • Should be well versed with Docker, AWS, and Terraform
  • Previous experience of working with React, Redux, Next.js, and JavaScript/Typescript will be an added advantage 
  • Knowledge of Django and Nameko would be preferred
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills
