Job description

A US-based company that helps users explore new ways to stay in sophisticated accommodations while still having the comfort of a home is looking for a React Engineer. The developer will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining the company's mobile app and booking platform. The company designs, furnishes, cleans, and maintains users' accommodation as per their unique needs and provides them with world-class services. The startup company is providing users with flexible stays and hospitality services in 10+ different markets. They have secured funding worth more than $3.9 mn so far. This role requires an overlap of 4+ hours with the EST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the existing team to scale the website and mobile app
  • Work with a wide range of systems and technologies and solve problems from end-to-end
  • Design, build and deploy an efficient and scalable software
  • Build efficient solutions and manage workload with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Prolific skills and experience working with React and React Native
  • Extensive experience with Next.js, Python, and Flask is nice to have
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
