Job description

A fast-emerging US-based childcare management platform is looking for a React Engineer. As a core member of the development team, the engineer will be responsible for writing code and designing highly scalable features for the product. The candidate will work closely with the product managers in ideation, architecture, and iteration to deliver a highly superior product. The company provides software solutions to childcare owners, educators, administrators, and parents. A master-level proficiency in React is essential for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to work with a well-established organization and rise quickly through the ranks.

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance experiences and upgrade software services
Configure and tune all the necessary web applications
Find bugs and provide effective solutions to fix them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce software development standards
Write clean and readable code
Identify and prioritize tasks in the software development life cycle

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Must have prior working experience with React
Experience working with Ruby on Rails and DevOps is nice to have
Proficiency in designing software UI and UX
Must be able to take non-functional prototypes to functionality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
