Job description

A rapidly-growing company building efficient products and solutions to help businesses boost the employee experience is looking for a React Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing highly scalable, responsive, and well-documented products. The US-based company is developing mobile apps that are simple to use and improve the employee experience at work. The company has securely raised $7.5mn+ in funding so far.   


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conceptualizing and developing different web applications
  • Build code and generate tests to prove it
  • Improve and modify apps to meet client needs
  • Write well-designed and testable code
  • Document features and codes and understand the importance of test-driven development
  • Interview users as a part of developing new features and site usability
  • Design and develop the web application and include how it interacts with scalable RESTful interfaces
  • Must be willing to grow in terms of new technologies, platforms, and API development


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • 6+ years of experience with React
  • Well-versed in the best practices of software development
  • 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON is required
  • Great knowledge of React and the ability to describe the differences and strengths of different testing libraries
  • Ability to build an enterprise-level web application from the ground up and help out with the current application code
  • 3+ years of experience in TypeScript is a must
  • Experience with Flutter, Java, and Python is preferred
  • Experience with Jest, Enzyme, and/or React Testing library is nice to have
  • Excellent English communication skills
