React Developer

A fast-growing people-centric blockchain company on a mission to provide access to adequate and equitable access to decentralized assets in a secure and scalable manner to billions of people is looking for a React Developer. The selected candidate will help maintain the production environment, making it scalable and highly available. The Silicon Valley-based company is collaborating with a decentralized community to build a secure, scalable, and upgradeable smart contract platform. The company has managed to securely raise more than $180mn in funding so far. This role requires 4+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone.   

Job Responsibilities:

• Create developer tools for smart-contract development, deployment, and debugging that is simple to use
• Engage and experiment with blockchain customers, co-developing both reusable and unique software solutions to meet their requirements
• Introduce new developers to the ecosystem and assist them with onboarding
• Develop and sustain high-quality software engineering processes and principles in a highly prominent open-source project

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and React is a must
• Interest in a low-level programming language such as Rust, Go, Swift, or C/C++ is preferred
• Interest or familiarity in “smart contracts” languages such as Move and Solidity is nice to have
• Fluent in spoken and written English
