Job description

A U.S.-based company that is offering digital, interactive STEM learning experiences to learners of all ages and levels worldwide, is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be expected to actively participate in code reviews, including testing and documentation. The company is on a mission to transform the education industry for the better by utilizing the power of technology. The company has managed to successfully secure $22mn+ during their Series C round of funding.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Play a critical role as a founding member of the engineering team in shaping and supporting several functions 
  • Help establish the architecture and code, prioritizing quality, simplicity, maintainability, and performance
  • Deliver creative technical solutions with a positive impact on products and customers
  • Collaborate across departments to design new features and applications 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Extensive experience working with DevOps and related technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
