Job description

A U.S.-based company that is building cutting-edge solutions that will change the present services in the connected car ecosystem, is looking for a Golang Developer. The selected candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the features and services assigned to them. The company's scalable solutions hasten product introductions, reduce recalls, and creatively meet client demands. The company has managed to successfully raise $85mn+ during its Series B round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
  • Create high-caliber outcomes by organizing and participating in cross-functional projects
  • Own features or systems and set long-term goals and objectives for 
  • Build and maintain scalable and well-documented stacks 
  • Identify errors and fix bugs in the software applications  
  • Take charge of regular software updates, testing, and deployment with the newest features

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Knowledge of Go/Golang
  • Ability to think analytically and must have an eye for straightforward, reliable solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the capacity to function as a great team player
  • Proficiency in English
