The selected candidate will be responsible for producing great results for the organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
  • Produce high-quality results by leading and contributing to cross-functional projects 
  • Actively own features or systems and define their long-term goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain scalable and well-documented stacks 
  • Identify errors and fix bugs in the software applications  
  • Upgrade, test, and deploy software with the latest features 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Must have expertise in Golang or Rust
  • Familiarity with Crypto or DeFi is nice to have
  • Must have experience working on large databases
  • An analytical thinker with an eye for simple, robust solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a great team player
