Job description

A U.S.-based food and beverage giant recognized as a global leader in producing beloved sodas and snacks is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for developing highly responsive features for the company’s newest platform and collaborating with a skilled team working on a high-impact tool connecting the company platform and a retail/e-commerce bigwig. The NASDAQ-listed company is a beloved household name that manufactures and sells a diverse range of products. This job role requires a 4-hour overlap with the UTC time zone and is a fantastic opportunity for engineers who would enjoy working for an internationally recognized brand. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize front-end web applications 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a robust product roadmap
  • Conduct review and testing activities to improve the overall platform performance
  • Brainstorm ideas to enhance user experience and engagement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
  • 4+ years of working experience and proficiency with React and JavaScript
  • Expertise with UI/UX 
  • Strong background in front-end development with a focus on not just functionality but also look and feel
  • Familiarity with React Native would be a bonus
  • Thorough understanding of at least one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) would be a plus
  • Strong English communication skills
