Job description


An emerging platform offering one of the best online sports betting services is looking for a Go Developer. The developer will be responsible for creating data infrastructure and API feeds around massive streams of sports odds data. The platform is trusted by thousands of bettors to make smarter bets and offers the ability to compare the industry-leading bookmakers' real-time odds of major sports leagues. This role presents a nice opportunity for developers to work with passionate sports individuals and rise through the ranks. The job will require at least 4 hours daily overlap with the US time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work and contribute as an individual contributor
  • Deliver high-performance software for the end-user (i.e., sports trader)
  • Ingest multiple different types of data
  • Work with both sports-related (e.g., injury news) and financial (e.g., betting odds on a game)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant software development experience 
  • 2+ years of experience in Go programming
  • Solid expertise to work on the back-end entirely in Go with infrastructure done on AWS
  • AWS experience is nice-to-have.
  • Sports, sportsbook, or casino experiences are great advantages
