Job description

A leading global company specializing in digital platforms that enable the development of financial solutions is looking for an Angular Developer. The developer will be responsible for delivering the next generation of innovative FinTech solutions to meet the challenges today’s investment managers face. The company offers on-demand client experiences and intuitive operations solutions with over 20 global offices, supporting trillions in assets across hundreds of diverse clients. This role offers a great opportunity for those who enjoy designing and engineering beautiful products that will improve client’s experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the application
  • Assist in building systems that will aid the expansion of the platform
  • Utilize existing technologies and deploy new features to increase the scalability and performance of the platform
  • Brainstorm with the team and generate executable ideas
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers to schedule project workflow 
  • Ensure completion of projects and tasks within budgetary and time constraints

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a
  • Proven expertise programming in C# .NET (4.0+) is required
  • Solid JavaScript and AngularJS/Angular experience
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, including debugging on live production systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • The ability to interact with local and remote teams
  • Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done
  • Sound organizational and collaborative skills 
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: npm, Webpack, Jasmine, and Typescript is a plus 
  • Experience in Test Automation frameworks and Test-Driven Development practices is preferred
  • Interest and ability to learn new languages and technologies as needed is nice to have
