Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Architect and implement database and data pipeline that meets the business demands
  • Extract, transform, and load data from distributed data sources
  • Develop and maintain operationally efficient analytic solutions
  • Utilize tools such as AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Kafka in order to develop highly scalable data pipelines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
  • Participate in data migration, address issues, and recommend improvements
  • Define standards and ensure the solution meets data warehousing design standards

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working as a data engineer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Ability to work with large data sets, create data pipelines and ETL applications
  • Past experience with designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and deploying data pipelines
  • Proficiency with data warehousing tools like - Prefect, Airflow, Glue, Kafka, Serverless(Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS), Fivetran, or Stitch Data/Singer
  • Knowledge of database design and data modeling
  • Strong grip over statistical programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB
  • Fluency in English for effective communication
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

  • Stronghold over data science toolkits like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, etc.
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies
  • Solid understanding of analytics needs and ability to tackle complex problems
  • Good command over algorithms and data structures
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Role Overview


We are hiring ML Engineers to join our AI Evaluation team, where you will help design and execute evaluations for Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI workflows. You will work alongside ML engineers, researchers, and domain experts to measure model capabilities, surface failure modes, and improve the way frontier AI systems are trained and benchmarked.  This is a hands-on, research-flavored role. You will work on real evaluation problems that directly influence how leading AI models are trained, refined, and shipped


What does day-to-day life look like?
Design, build, and run evaluation suites for LLMs across reasoning, coding, math, tool use, and long-context tasks.
Develop benchmarks and rubrics for agentic workflows, including multi-step planning, tool/function calling, code execution, and browser/computer-use agents. Curate, clean, and annotate evaluation datasets; write clear task specifications and grading criteria.
Run model comparisons (open-source and frontier models), analyze results, and produce structured reports with actionable insights. Implement automated graders (programmatic checks, LLM-as-a-judge) and validate them against human reference judgments.
Investigate failure cases, characterize error patterns, and write reproducible findings for the research team.
Collaborate with engineers to integrate evaluations into internal harnesses, CI pipelines, and dashboards.
Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and tooling improvements.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. 
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including familiarity with the standard data and ML stack (NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter, etc.). Working understanding of how modern LLMs are trained, prompted, and evaluated.
  •  Experience interacting with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source via Hugging Face / vLLM, etc.). 
  • Strong analytical and writing skills — ability to clearly document tasks, results, and recommendations. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with overlapping collaboration hours.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Integration / Identity Engineer to build secure identity and integration services for enterprise AI applications. This role focuses on authentication, authorization, enterprise integrations, and reusable APIs that enable secure access to enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design authentication and authorization solutions for AI applications and services.
  • Develop reusable identity capabilities using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, token exchange, and service identities.
  • Automate application registration, identity provisioning, and access management.
  • Build integrations with enterprise platforms and SaaS applications.
  • Develop reusable APIs and libraries supporting secure connectivity.
