Job description

A US-based company that strives to foster inclusion, belonging, and rapport during every interaction and bring people together, is looking for a Team Lead. The selected candidate will be expected to dive in and manage the existing dev team while communicating the team requirements with the executive team. The company uses AI technology to build an audio name pronunciation tool that can be integrated with users existing tools. The company has managed to raise more than $2.5 mn in funding so far. This is a nice opportunity to collaborate on building simple and effective solutions that eliminate the common problem of name mispronunciation.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify important issues and solve technical problems
  • Develop highly efficient user interface components 
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively seek opportunities to apply them
  • Analyze website performance and drive improvements 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable skills working with Rails and React.js
  • Familiarity working with PostgreSQL and AWS
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems by applying analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure
