Job description

A fast-growing self-funded startup that is on a mission to revitalize the future of real estate investment is looking for a Team Lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for using a tool for project management and issue tracking effectively. The company's platform is providing newcomers to the industry access to a wealth of information, tools, and resources. This will be a long-term position and is a nice opportunity for developers who enjoy operating with agile methodology.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer tools and information for testers, web and mobile app developers, and designers
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide direction and requirements
  • Have the dev team deliver a product that is ready for user acceptability testing
  • Outline the data strategy for utilizing user data in analytics and for marketing or sharing data with partners and clients
  • Provide high-quality, on-trend, modern-looking, and functional designs
  • Integrate payment processing, social media, data analytics tools, and other 3rd party services
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap we can follow and that we can show prospective investors

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a team lead
  • Demonstrable experience working with PHP Laravel, MySQL, and AWS RDS
  • Familiarity with hosted/run via AWS
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
