Job description

A fast-emerging startup focusing on enhancing rapid and secure atomic swaps between Bitcoin and other digital assets is looking for a Senior Swift/React Engineer. The engineer will work on architecting and developing sound mobile capabilities for multiple applications using the latest iOS technologies. The company is building systems that scale peer-to-peer atomic cross-chain transactions for traders and investors to transact efficiently in Bitcoins. It has raised over $12 mn in funding from leading investors. This would be an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to work actively and rise quickly through the ranks. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer leadership and guidance to less experienced developers
  • Handle and implement cross-functional features with other mobile app teams 
  • Guarantee top coding standards with the applications
  • Collaborate with the team and support the entire application and software development lifecycle 
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient code in a timely manner
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain vast production applications
  • Discover, evaluate, and utilize new technologies within the mobile landscape
  • Build new features from end-to-end, ensuring designs and deliverables are in line with specifications
  • Advocate for product improvements by researching alternative approaches or technologies
  • Troubleshoot and debug errors to deliver quality code with attention to detail

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a Swift/React Engineer
  • Proficiency in iOS and Swift
  • Experience in React Native mobile application development
  • Strong knowledge of Typescript, JavaScript, and Angular would be an advantage
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fluency in English communication
