Job description

A global investment-management firm providing industry-leading research and investment solutions for exclusive clients is looking for a Python Web Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of building modern, scalable solutions while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The company is building a rich portfolio of clients through their ingenious investment and asset management services that are revolutionizing the financial industry. This is a unique opportunity for developers to work for an NYSE-listed company and build innovative solutions for multi-faceted problems.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a passionate team of industry experts to develop the required software solution and features
  • Build scalable, efficient, and well-documented stacks
  • Implement features from conception to release
  • Develop and maintain efficient and reusable code
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Clearly define work plan and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable skills working with React, SQL, Python, Java, and JavaScript
  • Extensive experience with Communication/Protocols/Security
  • Nice to have some ASP.Net and REST/RESTful APIs
