Job description

A U.S.-based company that is manufacturing low-voltage lighting systems for use in new homes and multi-family developments, is looking for a Python Developer. The developer will be responsible for identifying opportunities and building automation and tooling to improve the efficiency of development teams. The company is determined to rethink and transform lighting design solutions for users in a residential setting. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who enjoy working independently with minimal direction. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to evaluate and code review software
  • Interact with the technical leadership, understand their requirements, and execute the same
  • As problems with the application arise, identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix them
  • Work with a wide range of systems and technologies and solve problems from end-to-end

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Extensive experience working with Python and STM32
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
