Job description

A rapidly-emerging company that is building a cloud-based collaborative recruiting platform is looking for a Python Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of designing and writing easy-to-understand code. The company is developing comprehensive user-friendly consumer software that provides sourcing, recruiting, ATS, and other services to businesses that are looking to hire quality candidates. This position requires a significant overlap with the Eastern European time zone and will be a full-time role. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create new services to meet critical product and business requirements
  • Develop end-to-end architecture of software solutions
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn the product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap
  • Conduct performance tests and performance improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • 6+ years of experience with Python
  • Prolific experience working with Django and REST APIs testing
  • Expertise in OO, JSON, Apache, and Linux
  • Experience with Linux/Ubuntu is nice to have
  • Some familiarity with NoSQL, MongoDB, and SQL is desirable 
  • Nice to have some experience with social network APIs; Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Excellent English, both spoken and verbal
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
