Job description

A US-based company that develops personalized crypto portfolios running on autopilot is looking for a Python Developer. The developer will be responsible for driving the overall architecture by working closely with the engineering team. The company aims at providing a more intelligent and effortless investing in digital assets for everyone. They are backed by leading Silicon Valley VC funds and a well-established crypto-focused enterprise. This would be an excellent opportunity to collaborate with renowned industry leaders, finance experts, and Fintech operators with vast experience scaling successful FinTech products used by millions of people.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement a cloud infrastructure to anchor trading activities
  • Contribute efforts in creating the core trading software
  • Work closely with teammates from diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant Python and DevOps experience 
  • 3+ years of experience with Kafka, REST/RESTful APIs, and Django will be nice to have
  • 1+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, and back-end development
  • Proficiency with Scrum, unit tests, CI/CD, and active feature development – greenfield project
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL & MongoDB
  • Knowledge of Kafka (or other message queues)
  • Experience with Docker, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Reddis, Microservices, and IaC
  • Good cryptocurrency markets experience is a plus
  • Some financial markets and trading experience will be nice to have
  • Fluent in English is beneficial
