Job description

A US-based email collaboration platform that helps teams deliver fast and empathetic customer service is looking for a Python Back-End Developer. As a developer, you will be responsible for integrating server-side logic with user-facing elements and building scalable Python-based solutions. The company operates as the world’s first help desk built for Google Workspace and helps over 1500 companies ranging from new-age unicorns to traditional enterprises to deliver a better experience to their customers. It has raised a funding of over $4mn so far. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates to work with a fast-scaling company.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on a cross-functional team to build easy to understand solutions
  • Review requirements and implement solutions
  • Assess effort and carry on an agreed schedule
  • Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities
  • Collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals (especially front-end engineers)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Python back-end developer
  • Proficient knowledge of Python and AWS Cloud
  • Experience in MySQL, NoSQL, database architecture, and schema design
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles for SaaS-based capabilities
