A well-established company that is developing world-class trading platform solutions is looking for a Mobile Tech Lead. The selected candidate will be leading a team of mobile developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile trading platform applications. Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of mobile developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile trading platform applications
Work closely with product managers and back-end developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable mobile applications
Work on some hands-on development using React, React Native, RxJS, Web sockets, and HTTP APIs
Debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues
Mentor and coach junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices are followed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 8-10 years of experience in mobile application development
Strong proficiency in React, React Native, and RxJS
Hands-on with State Management experience using RxJS
Prolific experience working with Web sockets and HTTP APIs
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience in trading platforms/brokerage applications is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in conversational and written English
