Job description

The selected candidate will be communicating regularly with different team members to resolve issues and find new solutions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
  • Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the standard
  • Identify risks and form a contingency plan as soon as possible
  • Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required
  • Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholder

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7-8 years experience working in programming or information technology 
  • Prolific experience working with Flutter programming
  • Portfolio of work with examples that showcase technical skill
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant Project Management experience and certification is nice to have 
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
