Job description

The selected candidate will be leading a talented team of full-stack engineers through management and mentorship. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers through management and mentorship
  • Recommending technological developments and suggesting improvements
  • Understand and assign defects to be solved along with feature work
  • Identify and scope infrastructure changes to impact efficiency and/or quality

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer 
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Passion for programming and solving problems with code
  • Demonstrable expertise in recruiting engineers and contributors
  • Previous experience in software design and developing customer-oriented platforms
  • Familiarity with AWS architecture
  • Prolific knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and architecture design
  • Expert in Javascript paradigms
  • Extensive experience in React Native and NodeJS
  • Experience in native mobile app development
  • Prior experience in leading & building teams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
