Lead Mobile Flutter Engineer

A NASDAQ-listed company that has established itself as one of the market leaders in the food and beverage industry is looking for a Lead Mobile Flutter Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing a new working pod to create a new mobile and e-commerce effort. The company’s range of beloved snacks, beverages, and food products has made it a household name in the international market. This position requires 4-6+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of mobile engineers while offering them technical direction, mentoring, and support for a creative and innovative work environment
• Create complex mobile applications with consideration for scalability, performance, and maintainability for both iOS and Android platforms
• Work together to create requirements, feature sets, and project schedules with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Drive the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to execution, testing, and deployment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a mobile engineer
• Demonstrable experience working with Flutter and Android
• Prolific understanding of Mobile Web and iOS development
• Familiarity with API Integration as well as major cloud providers like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Thorough understanding of the Android or iOS mobile ecosystem
• Some familiarity with Team Management is nice to have
• Ability to meet and adjust to quickly changing business demands
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
